This policy explains how the pre-launch DriveIQ website handles personal data submitted through the waitlist form. DriveIQ helps fleets and transport teams see where an area is easy, moderate, or difficult to operate in — and why — for different vehicle types and operating models.

- Name and email address you submit through the waitlist form
- Basic technical logs produced by the hosting platform, such as IP address, browser type, and request timing

- To manage expressions of interest in DriveIQ

- To protect the website from abuse and operate it securely
4. Legal basis
We process waitlist submissions on the basis of consent and our legitimate interest in assessing and communicating about a pre-launch product.

The waitlist form is submitted via Web3Forms, which acts as a form processing service. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the waitlist form.
6. Retention
We keep waitlist data only for as long as it is useful for the pre-launch phase of DriveIQ, or until you ask us to delete it, unless we are required to retain it for legal reasons.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. To do that, email hello@app-factory.dev.
8. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we aim to use providers with appropriate safeguards.
